Minutes of the November 13, 2008 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, Robert Lutts, Raymond Vaillancourt
And Thaddeus Buczko
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
Susan Kravetz Syversen, Vice President and John Kattar, Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of the Eastern Investment Advisors attended the meeting.
They presented an investment review of all the trust fund accounts and outlined the current status. The review included information regarding the investment portfolio, economic environment, portfolio characteristics, equities, and fixed income.
Robert Lutts distributed the First Quarter Report, ending September 30, 2008 for the Board to review. A copy was forwarded to the City Auditor.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 9, 2008 meeting. The motion was seconded by Robert Lutts and approved unanimously.
North Shore Community Action Program submitted a report of income expended for the last quarter.
A request for general assistance was received and will be directed to North Shore Community Action Program for review.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
